I like that Luis will try everything to improve our stay. Thank you very much for your willingness and good will, share your knowledge with your colleagues so that they can give better attention. Thanks to you our stay was not a disaster. . Our second time in this hotel, the first time we had an excellent experience, this time a couple of situations made part of our vacation bitter.
Joel Cabrera's lousy management should not be in customer service. We were kept up for two nights sleeping on top of a machine that vibrated the entire floor of the room and we moved to a room with a queen size bed despite paying a king because of how annoying it was. They didn't tell us that they charged for Amazon packages, we were 7 people, we paid more than 7,000 dollars and even so Joel Cabrera made a big fuss for us to pay 5 dollars per package, and moreover they don't give a ticket for this... I don't know what the IRS will think about this way of making money without paying taxes, I will send you the information to know what they think.

Nothing !! Only the reception is on Washington Avenue. Rest all in the side lanes.
Rooms are 3 blocks away, No porters. old stairs,No lifts. Wooden corridors squeak like Dracula films. The photos in the website are from 1970. Loud xtra cold ac with defect control, Rooms on top of noisy restaurants and Latino pubs open till 3 am. balcony door won’t close, bathroom window was stuck half open because the toilet stinks. Waiters clearup till 4.30. Garbage vans come at 5. When requested spotty bed sheets were changed with another set of spotty sheets. Old pillows stink. Very uncomfortable and worn out beds. Dirty room carpets. I wanted to change to Deluxe Room but the only difference is, its other location, rest all is same. When will u sleep ? I had booked for 3 nights, I checked out early in the morning. Clay Hotel noooo

Incredibly beautiful views, truly enjoyed magnificent setting.
The room was well-appointed and top-class, with comfortable bed and a shower and a tub in the bathroom. Location: the hotel was very close to South Beach, Collins Avenue shops and the Art Deco area, and the Lincoln Road Mall. The service was excellent and the food was good.

The location
The need for a100 metre walk with heavy luggage to a separate building, then up 3 flights of stairs to reach the room. this was not accurately described in the hotel description on the Booked.net website.

The stay was enjoyable, especially due to the beautiful ambiance that gave a Mediterranean vibe. The upper pool area was a fantastic spot to relax after a day of exploring. The sushi bar is a must-try. It's one of the highlights! The room was quite small, which made it a bit cramped for two.

perfect location, helpful staff, valet parking
as the hotel is located in the very busy location (bars, restaurants) there was a lot of noise until late in the night (3 am); the family room was very small for 4 people

I most enjoyed the hotel's location. Really easy to walk almost everywhere.
I liked that the hotel had a sort of European feel. The outdoor gate and open windows throughout created a nice atmosphere. I also enjoyed the friendly staff.
